A journey will take you to the countryside 40 km east from Krakow. After 1 h drive you arrive in a little village called Cichawka where a wooden house, a great open fire place, horse driven carriages and plenty of slow food is awaiting you.
During your stay you will take part in a culinary workshop and learn how to cook ‘pierogi’ – typical Polish dumplings. You will try regional food (delicious hot and cold meats and sausages made by local producers), roasted open fire potatoes, traditional bread baked in a stove, salads.
Apart from food, you will also taste typical polish beer.
Folk music will accompany your stay.
In case of a rainy weather – your evening meal will be organized in a traditional wooden restaurant;
we will take you to a beautiful castle in Nowy Wisnicz – a pearl of Renaissance architecture, called the Little Wawel and to Lipnica Murowana famous for its wooden church of St. Leonard inscribed on the UNESCO Heritage List.
